元々鎖骨下まで伸ばしていた髪が傷みはじめ、イメチェンをしたかったので、似合うヘアスタイルにお任せで変えてもらいたく来店しました。

都内で10年以上美容院難民でしたが、岐阜に来て、初めてこのスタイリストさんじゃないとと思えた美容院が6年程の行きつけになっています。

でも今回のように時々初めての美容院にも出向いて、新しいお気に入りのお店探しもしてみるのですが、お気に入りのお店は変わりませんでした。

それならそうと伝えるべきだし、もし関係なく出しているなら誰も気づかないのもどうかと思います。

髪質改善トリートメントを浸透させるときも乾かす時も2人体制でやっていたが1人の人は丁寧に行なってくれたが髪を染めた人【社員さん】は雑で髪の毛が毎回引っ張られて今も頭皮がヒリヒリするし、高いお金を出したのも馬鹿らしくて、本当に最悪です。シャンプーなり乾かす練習なりしているのでしょうか。人の髪の毛を雑に扱っているというのを気づいて欲しい。休暇を使ってわざわざきているのに朝からこんな気持ちになるとは思いませんでした。リピートしようと思っていたのに残念です。もう二度と来ないです。

また、本当は再来店したくなかったため返金を希望しましたが、「お直しで対応したい」とのことで再度時間を作って来店しました。
その際、担当者の変更を事前にお願いしていましたが共有されておらず、同じ方が対応された点にも不信感が募りました。
このお店は施術後の合わせ鏡でのチェックはないようで、全体的に対応の丁寧さにも疑問を感じました。
結果として、時間と費用の両方が無駄になってしまったと感じています。
